The children line can reveal the number of children a person is going to have. One simply has to count the lines from the outside to the inside, towards the marriage line. It can also reveal their gender, and if they are going to suffer from any major illness or accident in their life. Basically, the deeper and more prominent the children line, the healthier and stronger the child is likely to be.

The children line generally crosses the relationship line, or marriage line, on its small vertical path across the palm. However, if none of the children lines happen to pass any marriage line, it might mean that children will come into the relationship at a much later stage.
