Here are some Vastu Tips that can help you structure your factory in a way that proves lucrative for you:

1.Location of the factory Site
Selecting a factory in North, North-east or East direction can bring more profit in the long run. Make sure the land is sloping to the North or east direction. It should have ground water available as it brings prosperity. Also keep in mind that the factory plot should not be a small narrow plot between two big plots as it brings trouble for the owner. It would be better if the length of the plot in east-west direct is longer than north-south direction.
2.Construction of the factory structures
The highest point of construction should be the South-West portion. The boundary walls, should be heavier and taller in the South and west than north and east.
Compiling with this, the plot should be lowest in North-East and highest in South-West. It is advisable to have the factory entrance in the East direction with a main gate having two large shutters.
Excessive open space within the factory premises is not recommended as it may be ruinous. Apart from this it is better if the factory plot is square or rectangular. Any other shape such as circular or triangular is advised against.
3.Placement of offices and quarters
The boss or owner should be sitting facing East or North. Facing north is especially favourable for conducting dealings and discussions for him/her. The toilets for the factory must be constructed in the North-West or South-East. However, north-east and south-west should be completely avoided for this purpose.
Staff canteen can be in the South-East while staff quarters should be in the East but without touching the east wall or in south-east or north-west. South-west must be completely avoided for this purpose. The placement of the guard room or security cabin must be in a way that every approaching vehicle or person is easily visible from it. South-east side for the East gate is ideal and North-west side for the North gate is best for the placement of the security room.
If you wish to construct a Temple then North-East direction is most appropriate for this purpose. However, you must make sure it is clean and clutter free at all times.
4.Location of production material
Keeping the finished goods in the North West portion ensures early dispatching and high profits. It is advisable to avoid North-east. Construction of a place to store raw materials, should be done in South-West, South or west corner. Workshop and maintenance work area should be placed in the South-West corner. North-east or Centre should be avoided.
5.Placement of machinery and electrical equipment
All the electrical equipment including meters, boilers or furnaces, transformers, generators etc. should be located in the South-East direction as it allows smooth functioning and reduces the chances of accidents.
Placement of heavy machines should be done in the West, South or South-West while North-West and south-East should must be avoided. Heavy machines should never be placed in the North-East or Centre of the building.
Light work equipment or tools can be kept in the eastern or northern portion of the factory but North-East, North-West and South-East corners should be excluded.
Heavy vehicles such as trolleys, cranes, trucks etc. should be parked in the South-west portion if they are to be parked inside. Otherwise it is better to park them outside the premises.
