The recent weekend episode of Bigg Boss 9 brought together, for the first time, the two giants of Bollywood – Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan. The chemistry was palpable and the camaraderie, magical. Who would have guessed that the two just settled a longstanding feud between them?

While both have always been on top of their game, their career trajectories have produced similar results. Both rule the roots in tinsel town. While one makes films specifically to appeal to the grassroots level, the other dabbles in movies for the masses. They both are stars in their own rights.

Salman, being a Capricorn, comes with a chequered past. However, no one could keep the great goat down. His bad-boy persona still persists; however, his ‘Being Human’ charity endeavours have shown a softer side. Shahrukh, the Scorpio male, is confident and a workaholic.

The feud between them started at Katrina Kaif’s birthday party in 2008. However, Shahrukh brought in Aishwariya Rai into the conversation at the party and things got ugly. However, it is heartening to know that both superstars have decided to bury the hatchet.
